Next week we will continue to work on our brochures and wrap up our unit on matter.  We will also finish up our measurement unit in math.  Review with your child how to add and subtract with borrowing and carrying numbers.  I will send home a "how to" sheet that you can use to model and practice.   

Students need to bring in cans for the food drive and turn them into Mrs. Hughes by the end of next week.  We have a few cans for the food drive but our class would like to bring in more. 

Ask your child if they have earned a 3B award yet.  See if they can tell you how others have earned the awards and how they can earn one too!
