Welcome back!  You can tell the weather is warmer and the daylight hours are longer because the kids are kissed by the sun and half asleep first thing in the morning.  Colorado weather can be tricky so please make sure they bring jackets and good shoes for recess.

Coming up this week we will be reviewing data collection, geometry, and working on fractions.  In reading we are looking at cause and effect and sequencing of events.  We will move on in social studies from economics and jump into civics.  Please ask your child "where the money goes" and what needs and wants are.  Also ask them what they would like to save up for and how they plan on earning extra money to help save.

Keep an eye out for calendar changes and feel free to contact me with any questions.
